I am 21 old female. I have only 41 kg of weight. But height is about 160 cm. From the last 2-3 years onwards I tried to eat everything. But my weight didn't get develop. What can do to increase my weight? Is any exercise to develop muscles in order to increase my weight?

Do regular exercise, have some walking or jogging, take butter with sugar ,take peanut butter with bread, take boiled potaoo with butter, take high protein, take dates and raisins daily, take 4-5 banana with milk, take fruits daily, take soya protein, this will help.
