My period is irregular since three months. in february it came after 45+days and now it's 38 days but no period. I have discharge problem regularly .I have weight gain & digestion problem also. Please suggest what I do. I used AF- kit & sysron ncr15 mg in february.

Hi Lybrate-user Weight gain causes the fat to produce estrogen, which causes delay in periods. So to rectify the period problem, you need to lose weight. Follow a systematic exercise routine and watch what you eat. No starvation or crash diet, but a balanced, healthy, meal with lots of salads and vegetables. And whatever you follow, be consistent. Weight loss takes time. White discharge in women is normal. Like tears and saliva, vaginal discharge keeps the area moist and lubricated. And the amount and consistency varies during the cycle. If you start taking treatment for it, there is no end to it. If there is no itching, bad odour, or colour change like green or brown, and not looks like curd, do not worry about it and do not take medicines for it.
