I'm 19 years old I have weight issues i am just 42 kgs while my height is 162 please suggest better thing to eat. From which I can get at least 10 kgs more weight in lesser time.

Eat your meals at regular intervals. Include proteins like pulses and beans. If you are a non vegetarian include eggs, chicken and fish. Instead of eating 3 meals eat 5 to 6 meals at regular intervals. Include dry fruits, nuts, milk and it's products in the diet. Eat whole grains and cereals instead of refined ones.
