Hello. Back pain can be caused by the stone. However stomach pain is unrelated. Is she has severe stomach pain she needs an upper gi endoscopy and serum amylase levels. 2 mm calculus is very very small. It can easily be expelled without surgery. Give her lots of water n fluids. Avoid red meat, spinach and dry fruits. Take cap keestone twice a day for 2 weeks and tab Superspas when she has pain. For stomach pain she can take cap pantop dsr early morning for two weeks. Feel free to contact again regards.
