Hi. For a Healthy lifestyle, 1) Ensure a heavy breakfast and a good lunch- Our body's metabolic rate is highest in the morning, upto 12 pm, post which it starts tapering. Thus, maximum carbs need to be consumed in the morning (if we don't, we may crave for it in the evening). 2) A wholesome evening snack- It's very very essential to have an evening snack to bridge the gap between lunch and dinner. Large gaps would mean: hungerpangs, acidity, over-eating in the dinner. 3) Light and balanced dinner- The idea of perfect supper is consuming fiber and proteins and minimum or no carbs Brown rice is better than white rice. You can have 1 small tsp pure Ghee in a day.
