I am 27 years old. My weight is consistently increasing from last few months, now it is 83 kg. I also feels tired all time, always feels sleepy. I also reduced my diet. There is also some constipation feeling all time. Please suggest something.

Hello. Weight gain depends upon how much calories you take or how much calories you loss per day. Try to avoid junk foods. Add lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Avoid butter, ghee,oil, fried things, sugar,and refined things. Do regular exercise for minimum 45 min. Take min. 10 to 12 glasses of water per day.
