I am 58 years old female. I have come to know recently that I have rheumatoid arthritis. What are the exercises I need to do & food I need to take in order to avoid it getting worse.

Dear user Rheumatoid arthritis is a crippling disorder. It is very difficult to control the pain when it is aggravated. You need to do active movements of all major joint such as shoulder, elbow ,wrist, spine hip and knee. Breathing exercises are also very important. Maintain your body weight and don't lift heavy weights.
