Hi, my mother recently noticed some hard mass in left breast and went for scan and fnac test. In scan they gave 1. E/o hypo ectopic lesson 18*10 mm with small classifications seen 2. Rest of breast parenchyma appear normal. 3. Axillary regions are normal. No lymphadenopathy. And in fnac report they stated. Microscopic appearance: Fine needle aspiration smears from the breast lump are highly cellular with blood elements in the background. The smears show large ductal cells clusters, groups and since contain in a large vesicular nucleus. There is nuclear and cellular pleomorphism. Impression: The features are suggestive of duct cell carcinoma, left breast-suggested biopsy for confirmation. Please tell me is anything serious in the report.
