I am 27 years old male. Height 173 ,Weight 106 kg. I am non vegetarian. occasionally drinks beer. Want to decrease my weight. Due to tight schedule of work I am not getting enough time for exercise. Most of the days I skip breakfast. My lower part of the body is weighing too much. Kindly help to get rid of this situation.

Also sitting most of the time at work will add weight to your lower part of the body. It is important to cut down beer and spend at least 30 minutes for urself everyday on physical activity and be very mindful of what you eat. Walk or keep urself active at your work place. Use stairs whenever you can. Say no to junk foods and take more salads. Apart from food, drinking more water and breathing deeply also helps in weight loss.
