I have a heavy gastric problem like little stomach pain, breathing problem, tarry stools (yellowish), chest burning, not feeling hungry. please tell how to get out of it? What r the diets I should follow?

Hello Lybrate user you should take high fiber and low fat diet. Take daliya, khichdi, fruits, jucies, soups, cornflex, oatmeal etc. Take plenty of water. Take 10 overnight soaked raisins in morning. Don't skip any meal. Take three major meals in time. Don't take heavy, spicy food in night. Take some ayurvedic medicines along with this simple diet plan. For more details pls consult.
