My weight was 59 kg last week with normal diet and exercise. Now it is 61.5.I had stopped my softovac and other constipation tablets. As I addicted to them. So I want stay with that medicine. Now I am happy. Drinking daily 11 to 12 glasses of water and liquids. It's seeming difficult to comeback at 59. Even though after regular exercises.Please suggest for weight loose.
