I am 6 feet and I was 64 kgs in November 2017. I am working out at home and deadlifting 55 kgs and other full body exercises such as bench press shoulder press bicep curl etc. Every alternate day. I take creatine with proteins Have a lot of eggs. Chicken soya spinach and fish. I take multivitamins as well. But I am on a tight budget. Kindly suggest a way to make more muscle. I am a hardgainer. I am now 68.5 kgs. Please suggest.
