I am diabetic from 30 years and have heart issues from 15 years. Had bypass done in 2010. Now, lvef is 25%. Now, if I walk 50-100 metres, I feel breathless and after motion or urine, again feel breathlessness. Is it related to any kidney issues? And also pls suggest can angiography and angioplasty can happen without any risks? Answers appreciated. Recently, was admitted due to fluid retention in lungs. In 15 days after discharge, I feel same breathlessness and eructations-burps start continue for 15-20 mins. Kindly let me know is this a heart block or kidney issues?

Breathlessness is due to left ventricular hypertrophy and will require a diuretic with a beta blocker to be taken after clinical examination
