I am 43 years old women. I am a diabetic patient. I feel weakened at the end of the day. My bones are getting weaker. Please do suggest me a good diet for improving the strength of bones and controlling diabetics.

Cut your diet to 1000 cal per day. Take 25-30 almonds daily. Have plenty of all salads and Fruits. You can have all fruits as much as you wish. We have package of Diabetes Reversal.
