I'm 33 years old, I'm having diabetics can I have eggs daily without yolk because I'm will workout daily.

Because the whole egg gives almost 7 to g of protein, Unless you have high lipids, there is no reason to leave egg yolk. But most important is to achieve a strict blood glucose control. Thanks.
