Hello I am 22 years old Male, I am felling very much weak these days. Due to my exams I am habituated to study whole night. But because of weakness in body I am unable to concentrate on my studies and feeling very much sleepy. What should I do to gain more energy in body without any harm. please provide me detail solution.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your weakness & tiredness could be due to loss of sleep, improper diet & meal schedule or sedentary habit - since you study the whole night your sleep & awake cycles are disturbed, try to rest when you feel sleepy - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains & protein foods, have a protein snack in between meals to provide you with a continuous supply of energy, also have sufficient fluids including at least 7-8 glasses of water in a day, keep sipping frequently - also take a break for five minutes every 1-2 hrs & take a walk to refresh & break the monotony, it will help relax your mind & body - avoid more than 2-3 cups tea, coffee per day if you take - follow a proper routine throughout the day - try to find 10-15 min in the whole day for regular exercise like walking or yoga & meditation, it will help relax your mind & increase your concentration.
