I am a 19 year old girl. Yesterday I ate a banana whose seeds were red in color. I am afraid as to if the banana was infected with HIV blood. As now I am having pain in armpit and there's no lump. Also the radiates towards the clavicle bone starting point. The clavicle collar bone starting point hurts when moving left arm with pain in underarm. I am feeling tired since yesterday too. Help with suitable diagnosis.
