I may be having schizoaffective disorder as I am severely depressed since 21 years, also I was getting occipital pain which is now completely controlled with OLANZAPINE 5 MG but my depression not going away even for a moment.

Dear lybrate-user, I am not sure that you have followed up with your doctor recently. You seem to be on a low dose of Olanzapine. Probably you may need a mood stabiliser (if you are diagnosed as Schizoaffective Disorder) or an antidepressant in addition. Please consult your psychiatrist. You might get help to get out of depression like how you got out of occipital pain.
