Hello Lybrate user As you asked about your problems related to Psoriasis I would like to advise you that it is curable but takes time for 3-6 months regular treatment. You need your pulse diagnosis as it is due to Metabolic imbalance and toxins are accumulated in the form of acid that vitiate the glandular pappily over skin. As you asked about treatment cost I ask you that it depends upon your pulse diagnosis. It may be near about 2 -3 thousands a month.
You know about Diabetes and hypertension. These conditions once anyone develops he needs to exercise daily and avoid inappropriate food and take medication regularly. Similarly the skin conditions also needs to be taken care of regularly. There are lot of good medicine which can control Psoriasis of scalp. But if you take stress it will reappear. So eat well, sleep well and remain stress free. Depending upon severity of the condition I can give good medicine to you. Regards
The permanent treatment depends upon the severity and chronicity of the disease. Detoxification followed by proper ayurvedic medicines to enhance the immunity and pacifying the aggravated doshas (like vata, pitta, or kapha) and rakt Shoshana (blood purification). Mostly Skin problems are associated with aggravated pitta. You must take a diet that is not hot in nature like don't eat heavy meals, avoid the consumption of brinjals, colocasia, rajma, chhole cauliflower. Don't take spicy food, tea, coffee. Take veg diet including fruits. Drink plenty of warm water. Take ayurvedic treatment. Also consume 4 gm saunf after food. Your bowels should be clear. On an average your treatment cost will be rs 2450 for 1 month and rs 6300 for a 3 month pack.

Dear, I would like to add that you must understand the basic nature of psoriasis to be able to judge the severity or improvement in your condition. Psoriasis disturbs the natural barrier of the skin that keeps it moisturised and healthy. The flakes that you see happen because of it. To keep psoriasis at bay you will need to keep your skin moisturised at all times. Whenever the severity increases you will need to apply heavier medication. Once the severity is under control a simple moisturiser will keep your psoriasis at bay and your skin will feel healed. Hope this helps. Pl feel free to contact me for any other queries.
There is permanant cure for psoriasis. It is an autoimmune disease and in ayurveda we do detoxification therapy to eliminate the toxins and purify the blood. Also a couple of stress relieving therapies and lifestyle changes have to be done. Followed by internal medications and external therapies depending on the dosa predominant.
