Mr. lybrate-user As you asked about your post IBS problems I would like to advise you that it is happened with some one who is unaware of his problems and using excessive hot spiced and sour products resulting indigestion and bloating as well as acidity and gaseous discomforts with constipation and pains during defecation with mucus. It may cause of getting gastric or intestinal ulcerative colitis which create infection in colon resulting bleeding which makes blackish stools. All the pathological findings give no positive results. Everything is normal then why you have problems. You need Pulse Diagnosis with experienced Vaidya who will help you lot. It is curable but takes time for 3-6 months regular treatment.

In Ayurveda it's "grahini" If you don't have well formed stools, having mucoid stools or having incomplete evacuation then it might be IBS/grahini. In this case your intestines have lost their strength, not performing their function of absorption properly. In Ayurveda we need to pacify pitta and strengthen the intestines. On the other hand, you also have symptoms of ajirna (indigestion). For this you must start taking saunf after every meal. Take Bel juice if possible. Also immediately go with Ayurvedic treatment as it can resolve this issue.
