Hello, Thanks for the query. Since there is no clear information regarding blood glucose levels like fasting, PP & HbA1c%, plus medication & dosage, extent of daily exercise, weight and height or even present dietary habits, it is difficult to give any suggestions. However, for a person withh diabetes following precautions are needed: No sweets, no junk foods, avoid deep fried foods, pastries, bakery items, food made from maida, colas, alcohol and smoking. Plus total dietary intake has to be just enough to meet your actual caloric need based on ideal body weight. Also increase the intake of green leafy vegtables and salads. Thanks.
