For couple of weeks I am having pain in lower back, sometimes he area of pain changes from lower back to thighs and upper back, then back to lower back. I have applied ointments along with hydraulic heating and it provided some relief for sometime, however the intensity of pain is lesser. From couple of days also feeling some restlessness in left knee also. No issues while walking or running but while getting up or down to bed or chair. I used to have pain in right leg calf muscles due to vitamin d deficiency but it is fine after homeopathic medicine course. Age 32 Height 5 ft 7 inch Weight 74 kg Thanks.

Hi lybrate-user. Looks like you have a cramp in your back. There may also be some issue with your disc as your pain is radiating to thighs. I would suggest you X ray L/S spine to confirm it. It would be wise if you find sm time to talk to me for details.
