My problem is if I did any little mistake. Then from that time I started continuously thinking of that mistake. Why I did. But I know it is minor. Nothing to worry. But it became over thinking. I want to live with present. But yesterday's mistake is coming. To my mind. Why this is happen? Over thinking. Negative thinking hampered. Me.i could not able to come out from that. What should I do. MANAGEMENT - 1. Put things into a wider perspective - It?s very easy to fall into the trap of overthinking minor things in life. So when you are thinking and thinking about something ask yourself- Will this matter in 5 years? Or even in 5 weeks? 2. Coming out of the past, living in present and focusing on future needs some practice. We need to find a larger goal of life and focus our energies on achieving it.
