I had an unprotected blowjob more than 6 months back. One month post that experience I started to feel terrible dizziness as well as lack of appetite. I was feeling complete brain fog and difficulty to focus and concentrate, and a lot of sleepiness. Always felt like I would faint. Got diagnosed with b12 deficiency with b12 level at 181. I took supplements and while my levels recovered my symptoms have not yet gone away till now although the intensity has severely reduced. I don't feel dizzy but still feel like my mind is not completely open and feels shut off. I also took 4 HIV Elisa tests at 82 days, 96 days, 120 days and the latest one post 6 months all of which were non reactive. Worried I also took CD4 count tests once after 3 months (CD4 count 547, percentage 38%) and another after 6 months (CD4 count 828, percentage lesser this time 37.54%).After 6 months now I'm starting to feel very tired and now I sleep for almost 12 hours still feel sleepy. I'm worried if the tests do not pick any rare strains because my health is clearly going down. Need a diagnosis. Please help is there any chance of hiv.
