Generally triglycerides are not that high in normal weight patients. This is a stored fat. Suggest take another test from different place. To reduce triglycerides, you need to stop all packed foods, including bread and biscuits. Reduce intake of SOS (Sugar, Oil & Salt). Increase fruits and raw veggies intake. Take a test after 2 months again. This will surely help.
