You are certainly carrying a lot of anger, and it seems from childhood. This level of deep rage may not be from any recent happenings and your age indicates that this might be happening more recently after your adolescence period, or you could still be living in a concept called ?late adolescence?. You must talk to your parents about your feelings and find out from them for any reason that they might know from your past that may be the contributor to this anger.
