Mr. lybrate-user , Thanks for the query. Our blood has always same specific gravity, which is 1.0652 to 1.0590 at 4. 0 Celsius and at 37. Degree Celsius it is 1.0537 to 1.0475.This does not change. So there is nothing like thick or thin blood. This a totally unscientific word. In some patients platelets tend to come close and adhere together, to prevent that low dose aspirin is used or another drug clopidogrel is used. Thanks.
