Hii I have weight more than my height. I start daily brisk walking from last week. Can I loose weight by walking? please advice me.

Hi, you should go for balanced diet also with walk. Hi, take 5 small meals rather than having 3 big meals, include 2 fruits and 3 serving of veg in a day in your diet, include milk and milk products like curd, paneer etc, have sufficient water, avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, avoid fried and junk food, restrict to 2-3 spoons of sugar in a day, salt intake must be moderate, avoid heavy meals at night, for further details .
