I have constipation since last year what should I do. My stomach was not clearly clean.

Try to wake up early in the morning before 6 am include fibers in your diet avoid junk food drink lukewarm water try to sleep before 10 pm try to avoid spicy food stuffs switch to light boiled less oily food items start deep breathing practices (pranayam) in morning.
