I am 55 years old and diabetic for past 7 years. I have post breakfast sugar level of 200. Currently I am taking "glycomet gp 1 forte" in both morning and evening. In the afternoon I am talking "kombiglyze xr 5/500" Kindly suggest alternative medicine to "kombiglyze xr 5/500" as it is very costly and has not improved my sugar levels also. Thanks.
