I am start doing lite exercise (10 min jogging and 10 min stretching and meditation) I also drink milk half liter but I fell more hungry at lunch time than normal while not doing exercise. Which type of food I have to take?

In lunch take one big sized cucumber just before ur meal,,and in meal take one bowl rice,,dal,,lots of green veggies,, chicken or fish,,salads,,in the evening take nuts,, sprouts,,soaked chic peas,,
