I am aged around 61 and with type II diabetes, but well under control. I take dinner around 9 PM, have medicines and before going to bed around 10-30 PM I consume one cup of plain water. I have good sleep and get up around 3 AM to pass urine. Again I have good sleep and get up around 6 AM. This time the urine quantity is more than what I have at 3 AM. Though I don't drink water or take any food after passing urine at 3 AM, why is the quantity of urine more at 6 AM?
