Hello sir, I have a friend whose weight is 51 kgs and is 20 years of age. So, he wants to gain weight and and it has been 15 days that he has started going to gym. Also he consumes ? Muscle Blaze Mass gainer XXL chocolate flavour?. He is also a chain smoker and drinks once in 15 days. So he wanted to know that is this protein right for him and even if it is at what time should he take either before meals or after meals or pre or post workout. As he is a chain smoker, ask him to reduce the frequency since it will not help to gain weight but breathing problems which can occur because of smoking will prevent him to go to the gym. 2.
