I am having headaches quite often, when I study, I am having headaches frequently with a frequency of 2 hours or so. First I thought that's because of stress but now I'm having headaches when I wake up in the morning or watching TV Shows or doing non-stressful works. I have opted for nicotine to be my temporary stress reliever. I want to know whether I should be worried about my condition and is this something serious? Thanks in advance.
