How far Radio Therapy is safe to cure cancer. Radiation will effect on DNA. Will the existing or new cancers raise again by giving radiation?

Radiotherapy is the having positives and negatives but for cure of malignancy and to control the disease we should look at the broder pictures rather than the complications there are centers which offer many precise radiation such as LINAC for IGRT (VMAT, IMRT,3DCRT, 2DCRT,SRS, SRT etc so consult a better radiation center for further details and do not avoid it when its recommended thanks.

Radiation treatment may have many side effects. Only necessary radiation should be taken. Stage 3 or 4 cancer can not be treated with chemo or radiation, only cancer progression can be delayed in some cases and thst to be only if patient has taken pain management treatment with MIPI.
