Hello lybrate-user! For faster result work on your physical activities and eating habits both. 1. Start hitting gym that will help you a lot. 2. Green Tea or Lemon water 500 ml in every half an hour during work out. 3. Avoid packaged food. 4. Have Chicken breast 100 gm (grilled/roasted or boiled) 5. Avoid spices and too much oil in food. 6.
