Take normal diet, morning walk for about an hour daily, some yoga exercises regularly, no extra sugary items, healthy and positive thinking, keep busy and active. Avoid sitting for long hours. Border line sugar generally doesn't need medication. If it is under control after taking the medicine, then it needs to be supported or substituted with any of the medicine/s.

Following a high fibre moderate calorie balanced diet, with certain lifestyle modifications will rule out your borderline sugar levels, and for anemia you need to consume green leafy vegetables, dates syrup, anjeer, flaxseeds, and citrus foods too.
