Hello Lybrate user, I would suggest you to follow a diet rich in fibre (oats, dalia, multigrain bread, fruits, salad, vegetables) and along with this take proteins (1 gm per kg body weight per day) and drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day digest protein and fibre. Also I would want you to avoid fried, saturated fats, junk foods and also limit the intake of salt and along with this try to avoid salt after 7 pm in the eve, you can have a glass of hot milk before you go to sleep will help increase your metabolism and help you in weight loss.
