Sir I am suffering from anxiety depression stress from past few years. I took various antidepressant with gap. I have habit of tobacco and problem of hyperacidity causes palpitation restlessness nervous weakness .I'm suffering from diabetes also my f and pp are 150 /220 .i take glimisave M1 tablet. Also I have problem of gases indigestion. Pls advice.

Hello Lybrate-user, 1. Meditate daily, take in deep breaths in and out. Do this for 15 minutes daily. 2. Stay positive. 3. Eat well balanced meal and sleep well. 4. Learn what triggers your anxiety, depression and stress. 5. Don't consume too much alcohol or caffeine. Medications would only help you up to a point and on a long term would also cause dependency.
