I am 40 years age and have been diagnosed with Non Alcoholic Fatty liver Disease and the the gastroenterologist is giving me Heptral tablets after consuming the tablets I am feeling lot of drowsiness and body pain. He is suggesting me that for my rest of life I have to depend on the same medicine. My SGOT is 57 U/L, SGPT is 72 U/L and Gama GT is 56 U/L. Hence please suggest me whether my liver condition is poor and for rest of my life whether I have to depend on these tablets.
