Diabetes mellitus type 1 or type 2.please solve my doubt and which one is dangerous.

Diabetes Mellites is classified broadly as type 1 and type 2 ,based on the complete absence of insulin production in body or due to insulin resistance in the body, respectively. Type 1 is more often diagnosed at younger age itself in children and adolescents. Where as type 2 is more often diagnosed after 30s. Both have serious complications ,when uncontrolled. Acute emergencies such as diabetic keto acidosis, can often present as the first incident in type 1 diabetes. There are also other variations. Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Both types of diabetes are dangerous. There is nothing like a safe diabetes. Both conditions need to be properly treated, blood glucose levels and HbA1c% have to be effectively controlled if one wants to live a long life and that to free from from long-term complications of diabetes.
