I lost somebody close last year and since then very depressed and prefer keeping to myself all the time. Please help me.

Many people say that it's k, we have to move on. but it only we know that what are we missing. it's totally understandable that nothing can fill that place and compensate for loss. But still we can't also live depressed all the time. it's important that you talk to someone and share your distress. Letting your feelings out will help reducing the pain. Join some volunteer activity like some NGO, helping street kids to study. this will help you to keep busy and distracted from thoughts of pain. Join Some hobby club, try doing something you like. if things still bother you try meeting a counselor. best wishes
