Dear user, smoking is a very unhealthy habit and the fact that you have tried to decrease is very good. There are no side effects like decreased stamina if you are trying to stop smoking however it can be a difficult habit to break. Try using nicotine chewing gum to control the craving and discomfort you feel when do not get cigarette. If body is not used to exercise then running, climbing stairs can make you feel breathless and increase your heart beats. Try to include regular exercise in your routine like a walk or jogging to increase your stamina.
