Hi lybrate-user according to these reports your triglyceride levels and LDL level is on higher side. U should include omega 3 fatty acids ,high fiber and plant based protein like soya, besan, tofu, low fat milk and milk products in your diet. As per your height and weight ,u are overweight so you should do some lifestyle modification to bring these levels down. U can get in touch with me for a specific diet plan.
Hello, Firstly, you will definitely need medicines along the strict diet to bring your levels to normal.Avoid junk, alcohol and smoking completely.Exercise daily.Get your lipid profile checked every 4 months.Have home cooked non oily balanced meals.Include lots of soluble fiber in the diet.Ger in touch with me for further assistance.
