Hi I am 28 years old and do not eat much junk food but I found my total cholesterol - 309 mg/dl triglycerides-161 mg/dl HDL- 49. 40 MG/DL LDL- 239 MG/DL VLDL- 21 MG/DL This report comes from Dr. lal Path lab. Please suggest would it be possible that it comes to normal or I am safe or in alert? Kindly suggest me the diet structure what should be consumed more and what not to? I am a very moderate drinker and smoker. Should I stop it?
