I am underweight and I am suffering from osteoporosis I am doing exercise I am talking sunlight in morning I am using protein X with milk every night My vitamin d level is 33 But know my pain is not down What I do please help.

You may have to add some healthy fat. Include 1 gel of seven seas - sea cod oil every day during mid morning. Also include 5 almonds and 5 walnuts daily, 1 tsp flax seed powder with curd daily and 1 tsp olive oil on your subzi daily. Include 1 tbsp of ghee daily. Healthy fats can help to lubricate the joints and will help reduce the pain. Please start this and look for good results after following it regularly for at least 2-3 weeks. Please keep me informed.
