Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. FBG 134 mg/ 100 ml, means he is having diabetes also looks to be uncontrolled. There is no mention about his after food glucose level and HbA1c%, to say definitely about diabetes. Montuox positive means there is a possibility of active tuberculosis at present or he might have had the exposure to tubercular infection. Does he have chronic (since long time) cough or regular evening rise of body temperature? Has he lost weight during recent time? Even uncontrolled diabetes can also cause weight loss. So please look at all these in details and then come back. Thanks.
