hello sir. lean protein sources is sea foods, milk, cheese, yogurt,eggs, beans,pork, soy, lean beef they all r lean protein sources. u can take milk and milk products, whole pulses, paneer, eggs, soy milk, tofu, sprouts, meat, . do stretching exercise alternate days. have small and frequent meals. don't skip ur meals and breakfast.take protein item after exercise .
