Hello sir, Please advice which protein would be best for me because I am doing workout, so suggest me.

your current weight is 60 kg and if you are working out , still requirement of protein is 1.5gm / kg body weight . In your case , total of 90 gm is enough. More then this, will strain your digestive system specially your kidney. You can fulfill this natuarally with soya milk, sprouts, Tofu, Paneer, quinoa, badam milk, eggs. Their bio availability is high so they are safe to use in ,on term too. Tip: To improve muscles, take protein source after 1/2 an hour of work out. Change your pattern of workout in every q0 to 14 days.
