I experiences heavy head and fatigue, drowsiness everyday when I wake up. I always feels sleepy even after taking sound sleep of 9 hours. I feels to sleep again as my eyes appears to be tired. Sometimes I experiencesheadaches, vertigo/dizziness too. I also can't concentrate much like while playing, running or driving. If something scrolls very fast in front of my eyes I feels myself uncomfortable. I am not having any vision issues. I am having sinus polys.

Hello, I would like to focus your attention on the function of the nose which is taking air while inhalation. When you have nasal polyp you have a very little space for air to enter through the nose and you may start breathing through your mouth. Many times it is not possible to breath via mouth when we are with friends or with people around us. When you sleep the amount of oxygen needed by your body is taken by nose. Due to polyp this function is hampered and you get less intake of oxygen causing indirectly lack of oxygen for your brain which causes fatigue.
