Mai chijon ko manage nahi kar pati hu. Kisi bhi kaam me ulajh jati hu. Masup ho jata h sab kuch. Decisions nhi le pati hu. Kaam ko karna chahti hu but kar nhi pati hu. Dimag ek hi time par kai baton me ulajh jata h. Mai samajh nhi pati hu. please suggest me what do. How I get rid of this.
